Alisdair Low

Alisdair joined the Chorus in 1994. A Liverpudlian by birth he grew up in Yorkshire and Surrey. Having been a professional actor and drama teacher he set up his own educational recruitment agency Cohort Education. He now recruits throughout the education and not for profit as a freelance consultant.

Alisdair firmly believes the LGMC has a part to play in enlightening, educating and entertaining as a postive gay arts organisation. His main focus as Chair will be to reach beyong the usual LGMC audience, and to work with external organisations tackling homophobia in schools.
